For instance, if a player places a bet and loses, the loss will be reflected in the account balance, even if the player was disconnected.
• Bet Verification: Players wishing to verify the status of their bets or the outcomes after disconnection can request a formal verification through our Customer Support team. This process is purely for confirmation and does not alter the result of the bet.
• Continuous Issues: Should disconnection problems persist, players are encouraged to contact Customer Support for further assistance. Each case will be thoroughly investigated to ensure transparency and fairness.

Pre-Bet Disconnection: If disconnection occurs before placing a bet on any option within the Baccarat table (e.g., Player, Banker, Tie, Pair), the bet will not be valid, and no changes will be made to the account balance.

Post-Bet Disconnection: If disconnection occurs after placing a bet on any option within the Baccarat table, the bet will be valid, and any changes will be reflected in the account balance accordingly.

Live Roulette

Pre-Bet Disconnection: If disconnection occurs before placing a bet on any option within the Roulette table (e.g., number, color, even/odd, number range), the bet will not be valid, and no changes will be made to the account balance.
